The Collection

The Kunsthaus Zürich is home to one of Switzerland’s most important art collections, with around 1,000 artworks on permanent display. Highlights include the world’s leading museum collection of works by Alberto Giacometti, the world’s most comprehensive ensemble of works, objects and pamphlets from the DADA movement — created in Zurich in 1916 –, and the largest holding of Edvard Munch paintings outside of Norway.
