Through his marriage to Anna Dorothea von Meiss von Teufen (1625-1679), Hans Heinrich Escher vom Luchs (1616-1690) received the jurisdiction over Berg am Irchel in 1642; in the same year he built the present Berg Castle. Counterpart of inv. 454.
