We have 3 artworks by Ernst Stückelberg online. We have 1824 paintings online.
In 1860 Stückelberg returned to Switzerland and moved into a studio next to Rudolf Koller's in the 'Künstlergüetli' [translator's note: 'artist residence', named after the Zürcher Kunstgesellschaft which was formerly located there]. There he painted the child portrait, his popular speciality, of Koller's son Heinrich Rudolf Emil Koller (1858-1863), who died at an early age.

The digitisation of the inventory of the Kunsthaus is an ongoing work in progress. Due to the time-consuming nature of comprehensive scientific research on each individual artwork, we have decided to disclose some works also without provenance information to the public. The progression of provenance research will be continuously updated online. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at provenanceresearch(at)kunsthaus.ch.
