Varlin1900 Zürich – 1977 Bondo

In March 1947, the artist rented the Rococo Pavilion in the park of the Zurich Beckenhof and used it as a studio. In February 1956, it was rendered unusable by a fire. Varlin also painted houses in the surrounding area at that time, such as this striking orange-coloured house.In: Kunsthaus Zürich.
