The face of Maria and the landscape detail are obviously inspired by Leonardo's Madonna of the Rock Cave, the child by his 'Madonna with the Carnation' (Munich, Alte Pinakothek). The former attribution to Fernando de Llanos (active in Valencia from 1506, previously in Italy) is based on an incorrect reading of the signature.In: Kunsthaus Zürich.
